During one of our recent stone restoration projects, Jay our senior technician got a bit wet !!! The challenge was to restore the limestone flooring around the swimming pool. Restoring the stone was the easy part but getting to some of it, proved somewhat of a challenge. As you’ll see from the pictures nothing stops us – Jay put his swimming shorts on and restored all the edges by hand, as it was impossible to get to them with our machinery.
The restoration process included a lot of preparation, ensuring none of our cleaning solutions leaked into the pool. We then used our unique Wax & Residue Remover to remove old sealing treatments and ground in dirt. The stone was allowed and we then applied several coats of StonecareUk’s Stain-Gard SB (impregnator)
