Stone Restoration Training, begins with a group photo.

Mike Philbin Nu-Life Stone Care’s Technical Director and is running the course and he’ll be teaching delegates not only the theory of stone cleaning and restoration but also a hands-on experience how to identify the many different natural stones and learning how to clean, restore and maintaining stone floors, such as: – Tile & Grout, Slate, Sandstone, Limestone, Travertine, Ceramic, Porcelain. There will also be an introduction to Marble cleaning and polishing

The delegates will also have the opportunity to apply stone seals, impregnators and colour corrective seals

Testing Stone Sealers

Hi Folks

Today has been a massively interesting day, testing stone sealers, – we have been testing the stonecareuk product ranges against some of the markets latest stone care treatments.  The great news is that we came out on top with every test !!!

We take testing very seriously and to ensure we stay ahead of the competition i am now planning to hold 2/3 testing days each month.

Marble Polishing -

Following on from our recent demonstration  at one of Manchesters premier restaurants, work has commenced and progressing perfectly. We are now 2 days into the 4 day marble restoration and the promised mirrored finish is developing as promised.

Our two techs Lee and Mike have been working wonders by patiently and meticulously grinding and polishing the marble, delicately removing all the deep scratches and scuffs which cause the marble to dull over time.

The complete marble and polishing process is expected to be finished on time – pictures showing the finished project of marble polishing, Marble cleaning on the website next week
